This way, the student still does the thinking, but gets extra help polishing their work. Teachers who allow this kind of AI use often ask students to explain what they changed and why.
In the end, AI is neither purely good nor purely bad. Like a calculator or a dictionary, it depends on how a person uses it. The real question for students is not “Can I use AI?” but “Am I still learning while I use it?”
